    What a wonderful double standard!! It is quite thought provoking...

    I find that this phenomenon happens in my realm when managers are being rewarded for keeping their staff costs within budget.

    Yvette, it's one of those things that's a funny contrast -- we believe that money doesn't motivate others but it works for us. That bonus plan you talk about is a scary one. Hmmmm, says me.
