  • Frank,

You have an advocate in Bill Strahan, VP Comp&Benefits @ Comcast. I was at a seminar on Comp where he was presenting. As a sidenote, he told the audience if you're not reading blogs as an HR professional, you're missing the boat. He specifically mentioned your website. I took a look and was hooked immediately. (Far be it for me to miss a boat.)

After a couple of months exploring other blogs and subscribing, your blog is the one I recommend to most people.

    Your reputation is preceding you.
  • Thanks, Dr. Smoot. It always helps to know where your friends are. That's just really great. I appreciate you stopping by and your endorsement. That really means a lot. Cheers!
  • Frank, thanks for reminding me of email subscriptions.

I even managed to add the little subscription button to my site. Does this make me a geeky HR person?
    ;-)
  • Hi Happy Employee! Nope, that doesn't make you an HR geek to have an email subscription. We have over 200 people who get KnowHR that way...and I think that those, along with the RSS subscribers, are the most loyal readers. I like that.
