ITA Software also has these great ads on the "T" trains, showing actual employees playing with airplanes, etc.

Okay, John, I gotta believe that you know one or two. ;-)

Laura, thanks...you're really the first one! And that's a cool site.

Okay, here's a company with a wonderful description of their culture. You can just feel the passion.

I have to admit that I'm a little biased - I write for the magazine! But we don't mind getting more eyeballs from the online HR community. Plus, the chance to win an ipod is pretty sweet. :)

I visit Disney and Pixar because my kids like them so much and their products. When I saw their site I was really impressed. Plus the other one would have to be Adobe.

Santosh, that's a good one. I'm a big fan of all things Whole Foods, so this just adds to it.

Google has the best recruitment site, it looks like every job there is fun.

The best and most functional career website I've seen out there is http://www.erac.com - Enterprise Rent-a-Car. Believe it or not, they have the most successful college recruiting program in the country. You wouldn't think they could get college graduates to work behind a rental car counter, but they really do!

I found another one. Check out the "meet the team" video at Geezeo. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ixuxw-KMdgQ Makes me want to work there. Plus, it's a cool idea for a service.
