I proposed on Bob Sutton's site that this could be a really great 360-degree reivew tool. Imagine that...your score (how you see yourself) and your peers'/direct reports' grade (how others view you). (And no, I wont say which question I answered "true')&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I really like how the scoring is so transparent. Many quizzes do some sort of 'black magic' to  determine your score, but because this is a straight count, you can &lt;br&gt;a)  grudgingly admit that you should have answered differently and figure out what you should have gotten&lt;br&gt;b) easily consider the ARBE or ARPE  (boss exam or peer exam)</description><dc:creator xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">Charlie</dc:creator><pubDate>Tue, 06 Feb 2007 12:05:38 -0000</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
